At First Federal Bank of Louisiana, protecting your privacy and giving you control over your information is a top priority. You may request the permanent deletion of your FFBMobiBank app account and associated personal data at any time.
A request to delete and close an account and end your financial relationship with us can be processed only at one of our branches or by speaking with one of our customer care representatives. Please call (337) 421-1200 during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm) to start the process.
